COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EMPOWERMENT PROCESS
ORCS VISION 2025
- To have our Community Engagement and Empowerment Process full activated.
- To have replicated our model by establishing another school in another community in Kingston.
- To be actively seeking to establish a school outside of the corporate area.
- To produce well rounded and focused students capable of excelling in High School and beyond. We will know that our system works when 50% of our students from each year group leave High School with a minimum of 3 Caribbean Examination subjects. Students who are not able to go on to High School will be strongly encouraged and supported in the goal to attend and complete recommended skills training programmes.
- To actively work with our students, their parents, family members and the community.
- To work and impact over 1000 persons within the community through our wide array of programmes.
- To establish 3 major fundraising activities each year.
- To develop our physical structures to include 5 classrooms, a computer lab, a skills training section and auditorium.
- To have at least two profit making businesses supporting the school and employing parents and former students.
- To establish an employment programme for past students that includes a leadership and life skills development element
